The 2025 Dragon golf season got underway this afternoon vs Hackett and Lifeway Christian. Congratulations to our girls team for finishing 1st with an overall score of 138 and our boys team for finishing 2nd with an overall score of 126. Great job to McKenzie Frazier and Elliot Owen for recording the top score for girls, each with a 44 and to Eli Bassham for tying for the top overall boys score with a 37!

Early Release on Mondays – Starting This School Year - Beginning Monday, August 11
Beginning with the 2025–2026 school year, Mountainburg Schools will dismiss early every Monday at 2:30 PM. This weekly early release will give our teachers and staff dedicated time from 2:30–3:30 PM for professional development, collaboration, and planning.
✅ What Parents Need to Know:
🕝 Early release every Monday at 2:30 PM
👩🏫 Staff meetings/professional development from 2:30–3:30
👦 Childcare will be available through the Boys & Girls Club for those who need it.

Stop by the MES and/or MHS office tomorrow (Friday, August 1) to update your student’s information before the first day of school! A parent or guardian must come to the high school to complete the paperwork for MHS students. Can't make it tomorrow? You will be able to do this at Open House on August 7.
