This afternoon, Mrs. Haywood and members of MHS FCCLA members had the wonderful opportunity to visit MES to celebrate Dr. Seuss Week!
Our students spent time reading with MES classrooms and sharing their love of books with the younger students. It was a great time filled with stories, smiles, and lots of excitement about reading!

At the February Board of Education meeting, Lakin Hamilton and Emma Yingling were recognized for the outstanding work they are doing in their classrooms and the exceptional academic growth their students have achieved.
Over the past three years, Lakin Hamilton’s students have demonstrated strong growth in math, placing her in the top quartile of educators in Arkansas.
Emma Yingling’s students have also shown remarkable growth. Over the past three years, their math growth places her in the top 5% of Arkansas educators, and their growth in **ELA is so significant that her three-year ELA and overall composite scores rank in the top 0.5% of teachers in the State of Arkansas.
Congratulations to these two outstanding educators for their dedication and impact on student learning!

Get a team together for the DUCK SOUP COED TOURNAMENT!! This will be a great way for the community and surrounding area to get involved to support Lady Dragon Softball!

MES PTO is sponsoring a Spring Fling dance in the MES gym Friday, March 13th, from 6-8. Students get in free, and adults are $5 each! Students must be accompanied by a guardian.
