The Dragons Baseball Team is headed to the Class AA State Tournament in Palestine-Wheatley on Thursday, May 9. The team will go into the tournament as a 4th seed. They will play Woodlawn at 3:00 PM.


Warren Watkins and Mallory Provence were selected to represent MHS at the 2024 Governor's Scholastic Honors Day held on Saturday, May 4 at the Governor's Mansion in Little Rock. This selection was based on their academic achievements while in school.

Students at MMSBA participated in the Atlas Bootcamp. Today we celebrated their hard work and had a brain break before testing next week. I saw students cheer each other on all day. Thanks to Urrutia Family Dental & Walker's Tree Service we ended the day with snow cones!

Special Thank You going to Brad Martin with Citizens Bank for visiting Mrs. Christian's Career Readiness classes today. Brad spoke to the seniors about the good, bad, and the ugly surrounding credit, loans, and the importance of making payments on time. It was great advice as our seniors begin their next journey after MHS.


The MES BOGO Book Fair OPENS Tomorrow - Friday, May 3-10. It will also be open after school for families to attend the Book Fair: 3:00-6:00 PM May 3, and May 6-10.

The Boys of Spring are headed to State! They showed up and wanted the W! The Dragons beat Cotter today 2-1! They will play in the 2nd round of Regionals tomorrow at noon.

FREE PHYSICALS FOR THE 24-25 SCHOOL YEAR| Alma Schools will be hosting free physicals for their athletes and band members. They have graciously allowed us to piggyback on this and give us the opportunity to offer this to our athletes for free. We will be taking 1-2 two buses to Alma to allow our kids the opportunity for a free physical.
