STEM Camp - Day 3: ROBOTICS!! Today, the students had the opportunity to engage in Robotics using the Sphero Bolts- drawing shapes & blocks that represent codes and executing those codes. The activity encourages exploration, imagination and perseverance as they use trial and error to program their bolts. Students were able to explore, control and maximize their sphere experience through the Sphero Edu apps on their phones. Lastly, the students designed and built a Battlebot - using their design thinking skills, and thinking outside of the box to build a battle shell that can withstand other challengers! Congratulations Dragons for a day full of technological adventures!

Sports Update
MARK YOUR CALENDARS: Below is a link to a document with the 2024-2025 picture dates that are set with Heritage Portraits and Kassy Pense Sample. Every effort is made to stick to this schedule throughout the year. We are trying something new this year. Sports pictures are scheduled throughout the year on three different Saturday's. This is to help eliminate disruptions during the school day and to avoid interrupting athletic periods in which teams practice. These are highlighted in yellow. There will be set times scheduled for teams to report for their pictures. It is important that ALL team members and coaches be present for these photos in order to be included in the team picture. This information was sent to parent/guardian emails of students entering grades K - 12th. Dates will be set for little league soon and will be posted.
