Inclement Weather Policy Information With the impending forecast and the winter storm warning, Dr. Atwell and Jerry Smith will work together to determine if/when school needs to be closed. This is not an easy decision to always make; however, safety is paramount. Below is a graphic detailing the inclement weather procedures. Teachers at all campuses have been prepping students for the possibility of school being closed and AMI assignments. MES and MMS students will be sent home with paper packets ONLY. MMS students will not be bringing a Chromebook home. MHS students will have either a paper packet OR will have access to their assignments via Google Classroom and email. MHS teachers have been going over this with students. **It can not be stressed enough that students need to complete the assignments. When a student gets behind, they are only hurting themselves and adversely affecting their grades.** There may be more information released concerning AMI assignments pending school closures.
