Have a great Snow day Dragons!

Snow days can actually be good for your health. Here are a few tips to help make the most of your snowy wellness Wednesday:
❄️ Sleep in! Getting the right amount of sleep can boost immunity, aid in stress relief, help metabolism, and more.
❄️ Get outside and play! An hour or two spent playing in the snow can be great exercise.
❄️ Protect your skin from the harsh temperatures. Use an oil-based moisturizer on your skin to keep moisture in, drink lots of water, and consider using a humidifier to add moisture to the air in your home.
❄️ Take some time to recharge. Reading a good book, spending time with loved ones, or simply doing something you enjoy can do wonders for your mental health.
