Got this message and it made our day! Thank you, Matt, for celebrating us!
"Just wanted to thank you and your staff for the amazing job hosting the Jr. High Tournament. Our stay was too short, but your team was friendly, organized, and helpful. Good luck the rest of the week! "
Sincerely,
Matt Binford, Magazine High

If you were fortunate enough to be in the gym last night and watch our both junior Dragon teams BATTLE to the very end, you saw great R-Factor!
Our players could have let the pressure of fatigue, adrenalin, foul counts, ticking clocks, cheering crowds, official calls, and emotions get the better of them. INSTEAD, our Dragons chose their Response; they stepped up to the challenge.
Coaches worked the sidelines directing, motivating, and driving strategy. Players kept their heads and their hearts in the game and reacted with trained skill and discipline. Fans cheered and celebrated each small victory that lead to the big win.
I could not be more proud of our Dragon student-athletes, their coaches, and their families - GO BLUE! - Doc

One of the first steps to improving heart health is knowing your important health numbers. These numbers include your body mass index (BMI), blood pressure, cholesterol and glucose numbers. Knowing these numbers can help you and your healthcare provider determine your risk for developing cardiovascular diseases. And when you know your numbers and the risks associated with them, you can do something to make them better. 🫀💪🏻
