School Choice is the program authorized by the Arkansas General Assembly in The Public School Choice Act of 2015, which allows parents to apply for their child’s admission to participating school districts other than the one in which they reside. The Mountainburg Public School District will accept eligible students from other school districts under the School Choice program during the 2024-25 school year.

WRESTLING MEET UPDATE: The MHS Wrestling Team will have a meet in Gravette on Saturday, January 6. The bus will leave the high school at 6:20 AM instead of the original planned time of 7:00 AM.
Due to travel conditions for Western Yell, they have asked to reschedule the games that were scheduled to be played here tonight, January 5.
The games have been rescheduled for Monday, January 29 beginning at 4:00 PM with the junior high girls game.
NO SCHOOL: Mountainburg Schools will be closed on Friday, January 5, 2024 due to due to the road conditions from the winter weather that has moved into the area. This is a snow day, not an AMI Day. Be safe!
