It was a great day of basketball in Carl D Rogers Gymnasium. Slam Dunk 2024 was a success!
Thank you to everyone who helped:
Dama Smith - Keeping the gate.
The Dragon Athletics Booster Club for running the concession stand.
The Alumni Dragons and Lady Dragons - your love and support for all things Dragon is truly special.
Raegan Huffor and Adam Longley for capturing some shots of the action.
Let's make the 50th season in Carl D Rogers a special one!
The Jr. High and Sr. High Girls and Boys will face off against Charleston on Tuesday, November 12 starting at 4:00.
It's Dragon Hoop Time!

Ethan Manus finished the State Boys race in 5th. Qualifying for All-State honors. Nicholas Rodriguez and Hines Duncan finished 64th and 88th. It was a slow rain soaked track and a long wet day but the XC Dragons showed out again. Olivia wil be running next weekend in the Meet of Champions in Broken Bow Oklahoma.

2024 2A State Champion

There will be Slam Dunk shirts available to purchase tomorrow. The design hasn't included the date or Carl D Rogers Gymnasium before. This year it seemed fitting since it is the 50th season in CDR Gym. The shirts are $20 each. There will also be a free throw and 3-Point contest. It is $5 to enter each one or $10 for both. All proceeds will benefit the Sr. High Boys Basketball team. Let's get ready for Dragon Hoops!

Happy National Cappuccino Day!! Have a great day everyone 😊

State Bound!!

It's that time of year when we start looking for help from all our Secret Santa's!
If you or someone you know would like to be a Secret Santa & sponsor a student or students for Christmas, please contact either Amy Allen, Jaden Jackland or Becky Dean. We look forward to hearing from you!

Shout out to our Cheerleaders of the Week for the last two weeks, Emma Yount and Lizzy Joslin! Emma is a hard worker, dedicated to the sport of cheer, great at crowd involvement and always has a smile! Lizzy is a Senior in our program and has great skill, a quick learner with lots of knowledge, and fun to watch in the air! Congrats to both! Once again, a shout out goes to Pizza Den for the donation of an ice cream shake to each of our winners!

Have an awesome day Dragons! 😊
