The 2024 Bob Denniston Classic was a huge success. We are blessed to be able to host the Classic here at Mountainburg High School in memory of Coach Bob Denniston. An event like this can not happen without the assistance of many individuals and organizations within our community.
Coach D was a very humble man. He would be honored to know that his name was on this Classic. We were blessed to have him here at MHS for many years. He was a true , Blue Mountainburg Dragon!

Jr. Boys move to 1-1 in the classic with a hard loss to Cedarville.
Jr. Lady Dragons beat Cedarville in day 2 of the Denniston Classic. They are currently 2-0 for the classic.
Bob Denniston Classic - Saturday, December 28: Wonderview Lady Daredevils dominated Mulberry. The Mulberry Yellowjackets beat Wonderview.
The evening finishes out with 4 games between Mountainburg and Cedarville, starting with the Jr High girls game. The games are being live-streamed on the Mountainburg Dragon Athletics YouTube channel.
The Dragons and Lady Dragons JH and SH teams swept the Mulberry Yellowjackets in the Bob Denniston Classic. The games continue tomorrow starting at noon.

It's time for the 2024 Bob Denniston Classic! We hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas, so bring that holiday spirit to Carl D. Rogers Gymnasium December 27, 28, and 30 to watch some great basketball games!
Admission is $5.00 per person (Kindergarten and up). Passes that are normally accepted at basketball games will be accepted during the Classic.
Merry Christmas from MHS Varsity Cheer! They competed at the State Cheer Competition in Hot Springs this past Saturday and did a wonderful job! Proud to be a Dragon - we were well represented!
