This evening, Dragon and Lady Dragon athletes were recognized for their accomplishments for 20-21. Thank you to everyone who has supported each team through providing meals, snacks, and money to make sure no one did without. Thank you seniors for representing the Blue on the field and on the court. The future is looking great for Dragon Athletics!

Students at MES are presently enjoying the "BASKET FUN" P.T.O. fundraiser. Students purchase tickets (1 for a quarter or 5/$1) and then place them into the ticket buckets of their choice...hoping to win their favorite basket(s)! Basket themes include: P/K - Summer Fun Toys; Kdg. - Toys, Toys, Toys; 1st Grade - Chocolate Lovers; 2nd Grade - Snack Attack and Candy & Cola; 3rd Grade- Puzzles; 4th Grade - Sports and Movie with Snacks; Library - Two Book Baskets (one for lower and one for upper elem.); Art - Art Supplies in a Tote. The ticket drawings for the baskets will be Wednesday afternoon, May 26th. Thank you to all that contributed!!!

Another tradition that the Dragon Yearbook has sponsored for 40+ years is the selection of Mr. and Miss MHS by the faculty and staff of Mountainburg High School. The 2021 honorees are Ethan Gregory, son of Anthony and Amanda Gregory, and Annie Beasley, daughter of Kirk and Melissa Beasley. Both have been true examples of what being a Dragon is about whether on the field, the court, or in the classroom. Both are planning to continue their education beyond high school. Congratulations to these two seniors and to their families!
