"This is Who We Are" - Getting to Know Your Dragons - https://www.smore.com/jxw4r
We had a lot of excited elementary students who could answer the daily trivia question this morning!
Parents, this question is for you: What was Stumpy’s most beautiful treasure?
Tonight read pages 13-22, Chapter 3

MES Dragons can take part in a community wide shared reading event. Every family gets a copy of “Gooseberry Park” by Cynthia Rylant. Read it together over the next few weeks. Books come home Monday; first reading is pages 1-12. Get ready for Tuesday’s trivia question!

Lavaca Schools is requiring a prepaid ticket for admission to the games on Thursday, April 1.
In the event that the game is canceled due to rain and can not be rescheduled then there will be an automatic refund.
If the game is rescheduled then the tickets will just transfer over for the new date. If you have any questions let me know
All tickets must be purchased through TicketLeap. Digital tickets will be scanned at the gate for entry. All AAA pass-holders will secure a ticket through TicketLeap & will show both the pass & ticket at the entrance.
For dates that have a baseball & softball home game, the ticket will admit to both games for the evening.
Children in kindergarten or older are required to have a ticket for entry.
The link to purchase tickets can be found at: https://www.lavacaschools.com/295617_2

Students worked hard on the outdoor garden today. It’s taking shape. I love their ideas and work ethic

Students browsed our selection, eventually choosing a book to take home and keep. In addition, Mrs. Boland’s art classes created beautiful bookmarks for the event. The Legacy Library book tasting will be repeated each quarter with a new selection of books.
