We are hosting a FAFSA Night to help any senior and their parent fill out the FAFSA. We will be having it during the basketball games on the evening of December 17th. Parents are free to drop in any time that evening to complete the FAFSA. See flyer for details.

We had lots of local restaurants donate coupons for our athlete of the week goodie bags. Let's thank these establishments for supporting our youth!
The little league Dragons kicked off their season yesterday. We are starting something new this year and each week there will be one boy and one girl who will be chosen as Athlete of the week. This week's athletes are Collyns Carr and Mattexx Pense. Collyns is on the third grade team and she showed tremendous hustle. She made sure to get all of her teammates involved with excellent passing and ball handling. Mattexx is on the 5th grade team and was the defense extraordinaire! His hustle and rebounding helped his team to victory. Each student will receive a goodie bag at school this week!
Congratulations to these ELEMENTARY Dragons, Carter, Coewyn and Kinslee! Their Junior Cheer team "The Overtime Stars" won the first ever Recreational Cheer State Championship.

MHS Varsity Cheer placed 3rd today in the 2A-3A Gameday division at the Van Buren Competirion! Austin Howard won 3rd place in the Senior High Tumbling Competition! We are so proud of them every time they hit the mat! Go Dragons! Their next competition will be December 14th at Bentonville High School! Tickets for this event can be purchased at this link.

Congratulations to the Mountainburg JH Cheer team on taking 2nd place in their division at the Van Buren cheer competition today.
MHS Varsity Cheer competed at the Gentry Cheer Classic last night and placed 1st in 2A Gameday Division and won the High Point Gameday award! We are so proud of these Dragons and their determination and effort! MHS Varsity Cheer and MJH Cheer will both compete tomorrow, Saturday, Dec. 7th at the Van Buren High School Cheer Competition! We would love to have some Dragon Fans fill the stands and help us yell! MJH will compete at 9:00 a.m. and MHS Varsity will take the mat at 12:12 and 2:00!
