One Book, One School Shout Out: We had 46 worm projects today! The winners of the Worm Farms and Small Pizza from The Pizza Den were Lilah Hecox and Rosie Smith. We also had 5 Honorable Mention Winners who received a Milkshake from The Pizza Den. They were Sutton Marion, Braylee Smith, Tayt McCarty, Derick Ross and Cambree Allen (not pictured). Thank you everyone who helped with our One School, One Book project in any way!

Dragons, what are you focused on?


3rd Grade students went above and beyond today in Math. They extended their learning with solving two step word problems using the four math operations by writing their own word problems and solving them.




One School, One Book Reminder: We are just about finished, only one more worm to go. The last reading is Day 11, Thursday March 17th, Chapters 34-41, pages 106-125. Happy reading!


One School, One Book Update: Mrs. Steinsiek's Class is our showcase winner today. There were 8 students who read the text at home and 13 students who answered the daily trivia correctly. Great job, Kindergarten!


One School, One Book Reminder: Tomorrow, Friday the 18th, is the last day to send the worm projects to school. The top two projects chosen by the MES staff will win these fun prizes! A special Thank You to the Pizza Den for their donation.
