Parents of Spirit Clinic participants, please see the information from Coach Jones below:
• We will not be having spirit clinic practice tomorrow due to the football game being rescheduled.
• Make sure you attend the football game tomorrow night. We will be performing at half time.
• Wear your shirts to the game.
• We will meet behind the bleachers to the stadium at the beginning of the second quarter. We will announce it over the loud speaker.
• Parents may pick up their students and sign them out after they have performed.

Things to do if your child is being cyberbullied:
1. Prepare to talk - listen to what they have to say, believe them, and stay positive.
2. Talk about the issue - remain calm and nonjudgmental, do not blame your child for being a target, and reassure them the issue will be taken care of.
3. Show empathy - if you’ve been bullied talk to your child about it, this will encourage them to talk to you about what happened.
4. Prepare a plan of action - ask your child how you can help them, take screenshots of the messages, and report them to the school or local authorities.

I'm sharing this newsletter to let you see the winners in each category! They all went happily home with their pumpkins and prizes yesterday! (Here is the link to the newsletter as well!)
