Congratulations to Coach Chris Nolen for being honored this evening as our 2023 Coming Home King. He graduated in 1980 from MHS and began his career in 1987. Mountainburg Schools has been his only place to teach and coach. He has pretty much been a head coach or an assistant coach in every sport here. He bleeds blue through and through. It was indeed a special night in Carl D. Rogers Gymnasium. Tonight Madden Rogers was crowned our 2023 Dragon Basketball Homecoming King and Payton Reeves was crowed our 2023 Dragon Basketball Homecoming Queen. Getting the right amount of sleep can boost immunity, aid in stress relief, help metabolism, and more. ❄️ Get outside and play! An hour or two spent playing in the snow can be great exercise. ❄️ Protect your skin from the harsh temperatures. Use an oil-based moisturizer on your skin to keep moisture in, drink lots of water, and consider using a humidifier to add moisture to the air in your home. ❄️ Take some time to recharge. Reading a good book, spending time with loved ones, or simply doing something you enjoy can do wonders for your mental health.
