We want you in BLUE!!

Teachers learning from teachers! Mrs. Farrish got to spend time observing Mrs. Yingling's 3rd Grade Wit & Wisdom lesson. Our teacher teams meet weekly to study standards, look at data, examine student work, and solve common problems. This was an opportunity to watch another teacher in the classroom to gain knowledge about possible new instructional approaches and to provide feedback. One of the most positive benefits of teacher-to-teacher observation is that it makes teaching a public rather than a private act. Teachers helping teachers grow as educators!
