Too often, a place on a team is taken for granted in a small school. Don't let your student athlete develop the "Well, they need me on the team. It doesn't matter if I go to practice" attitude.
✅ Builds discipline and responsibility
✅ Strengthens team chemistry
✅ Prepares athletes mentally and physically
✅ Sets the tone for a successful season
